Wilson Wu is the founder and Managing Partner of Dubbs Capital. He formed Dubbs Capital in 2020 following the closing of over $30 million of transactions in the US and Canada. Wilson founded Dubbs Capital to invest in and build businesses.

Outside Dubbs Capital, Wilson serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors for Technovation Academy, a non-profit focused on developing STEM programming in social-economically challenged neighbourhoods across Toronto. Wilson is recognized as a business leader and philanthropist. Wilson is a seasoned problem solver and decision-maker with expert facilitation skills. Wilson advises on M&A, corporate development, venture growth, project development, and financing.

Wilson received a B.Comm. (Honours) from Ryerson University in 2013 and an MBA. from Duke University in 2019.
